🔬 What the Sleep Calculator Measures
This sleep calculator takes your bedtime and wake up time, subtracts 15 minutes for average sleep latency (time to fall asleep), and divides the remaining sleep time into 90-minute cycles.
The result shows how many complete sleep cycles you'll experience — and crucially, whether your alarm is set to go off at the end of a cycle (refreshing) or in the middle of one (groggy).
